- Salt, baking soda mix in all purpose flour…mix…and make a soft dough - Add oil and knead - Cover and keep a side for 20 minutes - Meanwhile grind chicken, with onion, green onion, coriander, green chillies, ginger, garlic, - Heat oil in a pan - Add chicken mixture and stir well - Add salt and black pepper and soya sauce and stir well - Cook for 5 minutes - Let it cool - Make small ball of dough and roll a small chapati - Fill cooked chicken - Bring the edges together and twist to seal
- Steam in steamer for about 15 minutes - Serve hot with chilli sauce
