- Take 500 gm Boneless chicken
- Get 2 cups Chopped Bell peppers-red, yellow and green

Though mainly boneless chicken is used in this dish, some people also use bone-in chicken too. - Make batter with 1 egg, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon cornflour,. 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon vinegar, pepper powder and salt
- Coat the chicken pieces in the batter and deep fry them till golden brown
- Add 1 tablespoon of oil in a super hot wok.
- Add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste.
- Add the chopped onions and bell peppers.
- Fry for 2 mins until the onions become transparent in high flame
- Add the fried chicken and fry for 1 more minute
- Make a mixture of the 4 sauces with a little water.
- Reduce the flame and add the mixture.
- Fry well for 2 mins while coating the mixture well with the chicken.
- Add 1 teaspoon of vinegar only if it's not sour
- Dilute half a teaspoon of cornflour in water (add more if your gravy is too watery) and add it to the mixture.
- Stir frequently in high flame until the thick consistency is reached.
- Turn off the stove and add some ajinomoto or Chinese stir fry spice from top.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions.
- Serve hot with fried rice.
