- For boiling and shredding the chicken: In a pan take chicken and the ingredients under "For boiling and shredding chicken" and boil the chicken till it is tender. Once cooled shredded the chicken in a mixer along with 1 green chilli and coriander leaves. Set aside. NOTE YOU CAN SKIP THIS STEP USING SHOP BROUGHT CHICKEN MINCE.
- Boil and mash the potatoes and set aside.
- To make the filling for the potatoes chops: In a pan add oil, add onions and fry. Then add ginger garlic paste and saute further. Once the onions and ginger-garlic is cooked add pepper powder and saute.
- Then add the vegetables and saute till the vegetables are a bit soft. Then add the shredded chicken and the powder masala like red chilli powder, cumin powder, amchur powder, garam masala powder, chicken masala (optional) cover and cook for some time.
- Once cooked remove from stove and cool.
- Next from the potato chops. Take some potato mix flatten it on your palm and fill the chicken mixture in it and seal it. It should something like this.
