- Cut capsicum and onion in cubes.
- Heat oil in a skillet.
- Add red food colour in marinated chicken and fry them in hot oil.
- Fry till crisp and remove from oil.
- Soak fried chicken pieces in hot water for 5 minutes, so that they remain soft.
- Heat oil in another pan and put onion and capsicum cubes.
- Fry on high flame for 3 minutes and then add fried chicken pieces.
- Add soya sauce and cook on high flame for 2 minutes.
- Add tomato sauce, mix well and switch off the flame.
- Serve chicken chili hot.
