- Chicken ko achi trah dho lein. Baqi vegies (onions and tomatos) ko b dho ke bareek slice mn cut kar lein. Garlic cloves ko julian cut karein.
- Mirchon ko lmbai ke rukh cut karein or is mn chat masala bhar ke rakh lein. Salad ki vegies omlate ki trah chop kar lein. Piyazon ko hath se masal ky achi trah wash kar lein. Or sb veggies ko mix kar ke upar se lemon rus squeeze kar lein. Or cover kar ke side py rakh dein.
- Karahi lein. Us mn chicken tomato piyaz lehsan dalen. Sath ee namk mirch haldi or sabat dhaniya add kar dein. Dhaniya hands se massal kar dalna hy.
- Flame medium to low rkhni hy ta ke chicken isi pani mn achy se gal jaey. Almost 20 minutes baad jab chicken gal jaey ga or pani dry hojaey ga to is mn oil add karein
- 8-10 minut tak medium flame py iski bhunai karein. Ab is mn green chilli add kar dein. Oil upar ajaey ga.
- Phir Bhuna kutta zeera or pisa gram masala b add kar dein. Salt taste kar lein. Agar km lgy to apny taste ke mutabiq mazeed add kar dein.
- Dam wali flame py 10 minut ke liey rhny dein. Flame of kar dein. Phir sabz dhaniya daal ke garnish karein.
