  1. Make ready 250 gms Boneless Chicken pieces

  5. Make ready 1 big Capsicum
  6. Prepare 1 big Onion
  7. Take as needed Oil
  8. Make ready 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  9. Get 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
  10. Prepare 1 pinch red food colour
Steps to make Chilli Chicken:
  1. Wash the chicken pieces and add chilli sauce.
  2. Add egg whites.
  3. Now add all-purpose flour, mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  4. Cut capsicum and onion in cubes.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet.
  6. Add red food colour in marinated chicken and fry them in hot oil.
  7. Fry till crisp and remove from oil.
  8. Soak fried chicken pieces in hot water for 5 minutes, so that they remain soft.
  9. Heat oil in another pan and put onion and capsicum cubes.
  10. Fry on high flame for 3 minutes and then add fried chicken pieces.
  11. Add soya sauce and cook on high flame for 2 minutes.
  12. Add tomato sauce, mix well and switch off the flame.
  13. Serve chicken chili hot.
