  1. Boil water and pour in the catfish, allow to sit for 4 seconds, drain and Wash with normal water, place fish in a pot, add 3maggi, spices, sliced onions and salt. Set on fire and allow to cook, then set aside.
  2. Heat up oil and add onions, add tomatoes paste and fry, stir occasionally to avoid burning. Add fish stock,maggi and stir, taste for salt and cook on low heat. Place the fish gently in the stew, cover the pot and simmer for 5 minutes and put off heat.
