- Saute mushrooms in butter until soft. add and brown beef cubes. Add carrots, lower heat and simmer 10 min. add onion and celery, cook til tender
- Add in all seasonings, drain boiled potatoes and cool slightly, add in all liquids except beer and sour cream. Simer on low.
- in empty potato pan, pour in beer and reduce by half. remove from heat and add in sour cream. add potatoes into soup, stir in creamy beer mix and serve immediately.
