Instructions to make My fresh veggie Stew:
  1. In a pot,add wash beef meat,add half onion(big onion) add salt,ajino,thyme,nd 1 maggi cube,let ir simmer for 10-15 mins nd turn off heat.
  2. Add fresh veggies in a blender nd blend till smooth,in another pot add palm oil,chopped the remaining 1/half onion,add it to the oil add the simmered meat nd stir,leave it on to fry with the onion for few mins untill the onion become soft nd golden,pour the blended pepper nd tomatoe mix,stir nd close with a lid.
  3. Ina small bowl add baking powder add little water to mix nd pour into the stew,stir(it will make a foam,i.e the sourness of tomatoe is removed),keeping a closer watch be stirring on-on,nd when the water in the stew is completely cooked,add blended(cloves,ginger,nutmeg,cardomom) nd stir,add salt at that time stir,nd close.
  4. After few mins add in seasonings of choice,curry,thyme nd stir,taste to make sure all is ok,stir nd add the beef stock to it,add spring onion nd let it to simmer/fry for 3 more mins,turn off heat and enjoy. Serve with rice or any food of choice
