The ingredients needed to make Bean Stew:
  1. Take 500 gm boiled beans
  2. Get 1 chopped onion
  3. Take 3 tomatoes, chopped

  8. Make ready Royco/ curry powder
Instructions to make Bean Stew:
  1. Put the cooking pan over medium heat and add oil. let the oil heat a little bit and add chopped onions then saute for about 2 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Once the onions are golden brown, add crushed garlic and saute for a minute.
  3. Add the coriander and tomatoes. Mix well then cover and cook for five minutes.
  4. Then add salt, royco and a cup of water to the sufuria and bring to a boil.
  5. Lastly, add the boiled beans, stir and simmer for a further ten minutes. Serve with rice, Ugali or chapatis.
